I have heard from my father, may Allah Taala bless him with His Mercy and Love, that the number of Akhyar is from 500 to 700, and that their duty is to divide and distribute the blessings of Allah Taala to His people. They are mostly travelers or tourists, and they do not stay at one place. They go on roaming from this corner of the earth to that, and they are always in journey.

I have read in the book of my father, may Allah Taala bless him with His Mercy and Love, that the limits or the area of a Wali of Allah that Allah Taala puts under his influence and control, is called Walaayat. It is in fact a defined circle, a Wali of Allah Taala may exercise his qualities in, and place the orders from heaven on.

Ghouth-e-Azam r.a., that a Wali of Allah Taala or Waliullah is the one who knows about the inner and outer of his Wujood and Nafs. He is the man who is courageous, brave and determined. Hz. Ghouth-e-Azam, Shaykh Abd-ul-Qadir Jilani r.a. says that a person who believes in the Tauheed of Allah Taala, feels that every thing is in Allah's control, and He is the one Who is the source of honor and disgrace, sadness and happiness, richness and poverty. He feels that he has no power to do any thing, and that he simply to surrender his will to Allah Taala.
The Shaykh r.a. says that the man or Abd of Allah Taala who believes in His Tauheed, is like:

Hz. Ghouth-e-Azam, Shaykh Abd-ul-Qadir Jilani r.a. says that the man of Allah Taala is inflicted with some pain or trial, and in the first stage he tries to remove that pain or trial with his own plans and struggles. In the second stage, when he does not succeed to remove it with his own plans and struggles, he consults the nears and dear ones, he asks for help to the men of power, he goes to the people of links and posts, but finds nothing and no one helpful.
