I have read in the book of my father, may Allah Taala bless him with Mercy and Love, that there is a group of men in spiritual hierarchy of Islam whose name is Maktoom (hidden) or Maktoomeen (also called Rijal-ul-Ghayb). They are the men from unseen or men of unseen or unseen men. Their duty is to help out the people in distress.
My father, may Allah Taala bless him with Mercy and Lover, further says that the unseen men go on wandering here and there in wind, and perform miracles and wonders as per orders of/from Allah Taala.
Allahumma Salli ala Muhammadin wa ala Aali Muhammad
