From Futuh-ul-Ghayb, an Excerpt:
Hz. Ghouth-e-Azam, Shaykh Syed Abd-ul-Qadir Jilani r.a. says that when a person gets rid of all public, pleasure and plan, and pays no regard to any one of them, Allah Taala gives him a life that is without death, blesses him with that wealth where there is no fear of poverty, gives him a blessing without any end, blesses him with a rest where there is no pain, gives him a knowledge where there is no ignorance, blesses him with a peace that is without restlessness, gives him a luck where there is no bad luck, blesses him with a nearness to Him that is without all distances, gives him a respect where there is no insult, and blesses him with a purity that has no tinge of filth.
The Shaykh r.a. says that at this stage the desires gets corrected, and with the Dua of that Abd the desires of others start getting fulfilled. He becomes so rare that the common folk cannot even imagine his status. He will have no one like him, and all the Auliya of his time shall remain far behind him. He shall be covered under the Rahmat of Allah Taala, and the common people shall come from far off place to have a look at him. At this stage he shall be the heir of Prophets a.s. Anbiya a.s.
Peace and blessings be upon the Ibaad of Allah Taala.
