I have heard from my father, may Allah Taala bless him with His Mercy and Love, that Baqa, an essential goal of all the Muslims, and then all the men of Tasawwuf, is to live without every thing, one is to live without after ones departure from this world.
He, may Allah Taala bless him with Mercy, used to say that to live without all material things, relations, possessions, goals etc, and all non material things, feelings, emotions, thoughts etc. and to live with Allah Taala only is Baqa.
Allahumma Salli ala Muhammadin wa ala Aali Muhammad...
