How to take Bay'at from a woman?

I have read in the book of my father, may Allah Taala bless him with Mercy and Love, that to take bay'at from a woman, the Murshad or Pir should not take her hand in his hands, as is the case with man, and, instead, should take a long sheet of cloth, or a big handkerchief, with a corner in his own hands, and the other in the hands of woman, and should make her recite six kalimas, and attributes of Iman.

I have read in the book of my father, may Allah Taala bless him with Mercy and Love, that the concept or tradition of giving and taking Bay'at (selling your life of world to the life of hereafter, bargain) is proved from all books of Tafaseer (Qur'an) and Sharh (Ahadeeth). The companions (Sahaba) of the Prophet s.a.w. gave their bay'at at the hands of Prophet s.a.w. to get the knowledge of inner and outer as well as to earn the life of hereafter.
